DATOUBOSS is committed to providing customers with a smooth, efficient, and safe shipping experience. As lithium iron phosphate batteries are classified as hazardous materials, we strictly adhere to relevant safety regulations to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
1. Shipping Methods and Time
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs, whether you are ordering a single battery or in bulk. All orders are shipped through reliable carriers, including UPS Ground and FedEx.
Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Time: 2-5 business days
Due to certain objective or uncontrollable factors, shipping may be delayed. We will notify customers in advance of any delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for lithium iron phosphate batteries are calculated based on the order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.
Free shipping for all orders in Canada, except for the following areas: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut
3. Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations governing the shipping of lithium batteries, please note the following:
Battery Regulations: According to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), lithium iron phosphate batteries are classified as "Class 9 Dangerous Goods." Therefore, we take special precautions during packaging and shipping to ensure safety.
State Restrictions: Some states may have specific restrictions on battery shipping. If your order is affected by such restrictions, we will notify you and provide alternative shipping options where conditions permit.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Hong Kong time may take until the next business day to process.
If there are any delays in your order processing, we will notify you by email.
5. Packaging and Handling
All lithium iron phosphate batteries are carefully packaged in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations regarding dangerous goods. We use special packaging materials designed to prevent short circuits and other risks during transportation.
Each order includes proper labeling and documentation to ensure smooth handling and delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
If you encounter any problems with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Delivery Issues
Lost Package: If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your neighbor or local post office. If you cannot find your package, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can investigate and assist you.
Damaged Package: If your batteries or product arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team within 5 business days. We will assist you with replacement or refund.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the special nature of lithium iron phosphate batteries and restrictions related to hazardous materials regulations, returns and exchanges are subject to certain limitations. We accept returns of damaged or defective products within 30 days of purchase, caused by unopened packaging or human error.
