Returned items must be in their original condition, unused or undamaged, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.DATOUBOSS will cover return shipping costs in the following circumstances:

• The product arrived damaged and could not be repaired by replacing parts.
• We sent the wrong item.
• We sent the package to the wrong address.
• We sent the wrong order.
• Products returned within 30 days are defective. (Customers should install and operate the product correctly according to the product manual)

Special Note: If the product has a quality problem, the user must return the product to DATOUBOSS's designated warehouse in Europe, and the shipping cost will be borne by DATOUBOSS. However, if the user's delivery address differs from the original shipping address (e.g., the shipping address is in Europe, but the delivery address is in a remote or international area), resulting in shipping costs exceeding DATOUBOSS's initial shipping cost, the excess will be borne by the user.
